Donnalee B. Tuttle, 92, of East Moline, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at St. Anthony Continuing Care Center, Rock Island, IL. There will be no services. Burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery.

Donnalee was born August 4, 1931, in East Moline, the daughter of Russell and Hazel Roberts Swarts. She was a graduate of United Township High School and received her nursing degree from Moline Public School of Nursing. She married William Tuttle June 19, 1954, in East Moline. He passed away February 8, 1996. She was a career nurse retiring from the East Moline Correctional Center in 1991. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, where she had served as president.

Survivors include her daughter, Nanette Carincle; daughter-in-law, Terri Tuttle; grandchildren, Kriston Spragg, Michelle Gau, Melissa Tuttle, Jody Goodwin, and Julie Carnicle; 6 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Martin Tuttle; son-in-law, Robert Carnicle; and brother, Eugene (Irene) Swarts.
