Doris F. Anderson, 76, Moline, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at her home. Visitation is from 10 AM until 12 PM, Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Graveside services will follow at 12:30 PM at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Doris McDonald was born on October 4, 1941 in Fayette, AL. She married Donald Anderson on August 2, 1958 in Fayette. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her husband of nearly 60 years, Don, children, Sheila Justice, Moline, Diane Carter, Moline, Dan (Dana) Anderson, East Moline, Phil Anderson (Paula Massey), Sherrard and Tricia Anderson, Moline, grandchildren, Hailey (Sean) Versluys, Ashley Anderson, Carley Anderson, Aubri Lane, Lilley Anderson, Kinley Anderson, Kristina Carter, Taylor Anderson, Jacob Anderson, Sarah Anderson and Jason Anderson, great-grandchildren, Addison and Reagan Versluys and siblings, Dr. Kenneth McDonald, Birmingham, AL, Ralph McDonald, Huntsville, AL, Bonnie Belt, Lola, KY and Lounell Tucker, Bankston, AL. She was preceded in death by her mother Autie (Hamilton) McDonald. The family would like to thank Dr. Stewart Garneau, his staff and Unity Point Hospice for their care and compassion.
