Doris Jean Park, 82, Moline, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Loyola University Hospital, Chicago. Funeral services are 10 AM Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church, East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd,. East Moline. Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.

Doris Homan was born February 6, 1936 in Campbell Hill, IL, the daughter of William and Sylvia (Dreyer) Homan. She married Bill Park on April 12, 1969 at St. John's Lutheran Church. Mrs. Park was an accounting supervisor for John Deere Parts and Distribution, Milan. She graduated from St. Ambrose College. Doris was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church, teaching Sunday School and Confirmation Classes. She also taught at Commonwealth Business College. Doris was a master gardener and belonged to the Arsenal's Wives Club.

Survivors include her husband, Bill, children, Scott (Margery) Park, Moline and Amy Beth (Paul) Halter, DesMoines, grandchildren, Molly Park, Max Park, Ezra Halter ,Griffin Park, and Ruby Halter and a sister Dorothy Johnson, Batavia, IL.

She was preceded in death by her son Robbie Park and her sister Judith Hayden.
