Dorothy M. Pauly , 94, of East Moline, IL, passed away Tuesday November 19, 2024 at Park Vista, East Moline.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00am Friday, November 22nd, at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of St. Mary Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation will be from 9:30am to 10:30am Friday, November 22nd, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline.

Dorothy was born October 18, 1930 at home in East Moline, Illinois, a daughter of Frank and Elizabeth "Alice" (Griesmer) Konitzer. She attended St. Anne Catholic school in East Moline, and graduated from St. Joseph High School, Rock Island, IL, in the class of 1948.

Dorothy married Kenneth R. Pauly on June 2, 1951 at St. Anne Church, East Moline. He preceded her in death on October 10, 2006.

She was employed for 21 years at John Deere, Harvester Works and 7 years at RiverBend Library System, Coal Valley, IL. Dorothy was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, and enjoyed volunteering at St. Anne School and Illini Hospital.

Survivors are her children, Mary (Joe) Bunt, Mark (Peggy) Pauly and Julie (Jeff) Sellers; grandchildren, Amy (Jason) Stumphy, Jenna (Tito) Aguiling, Samantha Pauly, Regina Pauly, and Jeremy (Shannon) Sellers; great-grandsons, Austin, Brady, Joey, Nicholas, Odin, Maddy, and Ronin; sister, Marilyn (Gerard) Lampo; brother, Frank (Judy) Konitzer; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; son and daughter-in-law, Richard "Rick" and Debbie Pauly; granddaughter, Angela Wassell; parents, Frank and Elizabeth; and sister, Delores Hagerman.
