Funeral services for Doug Clark, 64, of Bettendorf, IA, will be 10:00 AM Thursday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, IA. A rosary will be recited at 3:00PM at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation will follow from 4:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Clark died Sunday, June 7, 2009 at Terrace Park, Bettendorf. Memorials may be made for masses. Doug was born November 19, 1944 in Davenport, IA, the son of Charles and Helen (Goodall) Clark. He was a graduate of Davenport Central High School and Augustana College, Rock Island. He married Mary (Frank) Coussens April 9, 1999. He retired from McDonald's Corporate Office in Oakbrook, IL in 1994. He was a passionate Quad City Steamwheeler fan. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and watching his grandsons play baseball. He loved spoiling his granddaughter. Survivors include his wife, Mary Clark of Bettendorf; stepdaughter, Tory Saldivar Reyes (Jason) of Davenport; grandchildren, Michael Alvarado, Raul Alvarado, and Isabella Reyes all of Davenport.
