Visitation will be 1:00-1:30PM Thursday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd. East Moline, IL. Mr. Vaughn died Saturday, November 12, 2005. Earl was born November 22, 1930 in Chicago, IL, the son of Gilbert and Fannie Coles. He married Joyce Stanley November 21, 1953 in Wheaton, IL. He was a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed making wooden figures that he would give to his family and friends. Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Vaughn of Moline, IL; son and daughter -in-law, Skyler and Vicky Vaughn of Coal City, IL; granddaughter, Courtney Vaughn of Coal City, IL; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Al Kuhles of Hoopston, IL.
