Funeral services for Edith Wright, 77, of East Moline, IL, will be 11:00AM Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Tuesday. Mrs. Wright died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis, IL. Edith was born November 29, 1936 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Walter and Elsie Hawotte Miller Sr. She married Leon Wright Sr. March 12 1958, in Moline. He died in December of 1996. She had worked at the Salvation Army Store, Moline. She had also worked at Hardee's, Moline, where had been the biscuit maker for 15 years. Survivors include her daughters, Ronda (Todd) Stevens, Moline, Brenda Grawe, Moline, Lorraine (Stacy) Driscoll, Tipton, IA; son, Leon (Grace) Wright Jr, Tipton; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 on the way; sisters, Joyce Peterson, Westminster, CA, and Eleanor (Rick) Nelson, Moline.
