Funeral services for Edna M. Clark, 82, of Silvis, IL, will be 11:00AM Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, Silvis, IL. Visitation will be 1hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Trinity Medical Center West Campus, Rock Island, IL. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association. Edna Gay was born January 20, 1927 in Mt. Moriah, MO, the daughter of James and Goldie (Bridge) Gay. She married Hubert E. Clark October 20, 1945 in Trenton, MO. He died November 11, 1999. Edna had been a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Survivors include: daughter, Karen Clark-Ledezma of East Moline; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Therese Clark of Hendersonville,NC, David Clark of Alliance, NE, Dennis and Janet Clark of Alliance, and James and Terry Clark of Golden, CO; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; sister and brother-in-law, Beulah and Harold Blades of Gooding, ID.
