Edward A. Tiemann, 64, of East Moline, IL, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at his home. Memorial services will be 1 PM Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Ed was born June 17, 1958, in Kewanee, IL, the son of Henry J. and Roberta Currier Tiemann. He was a graduate of Kewanee High School. He had worked for Lister Construction in his earlier years and for the last 17 years he had been working for Hodges as a fork lift driver.

Ed's life revolved around his family, whether taking vacations, camping or just being together. He cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Heather (Mike) Shea, Bettendorf, IA, Michael Tiemann (Troy) Branch, Davenport, IA, and Donald Tiemann, Coal Valley, IL; grandchildren, Kimberly (Dustin) Hoeppner, Drew Channon, and Onyx Tiemann; great grandchildren, Fox Hoeppner and Dakota McMahill; and siblings, Robbin (Thomas) Frew, Cambridge, IL, and John (Linda) Tiemann, Farmington, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Richard Tiemann.
