Eleanor C. Taylor, 95, Moline, passed away on November 1, 2021 at her home. Funeral services are 1PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona. Visitation is 4-6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Eleanor was born on February 14, 1926 in Veazie, Maine, the daughter of George and Clarissa (Kenney) Murrey. She was one of thirteen children. She married Francis Taylor in the 1940's. He died in 1984. Eleanor worked In Home Health Care at Project Now. She loved her Lord and cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her children; Dianna Carlisle, Moline, Robert Taylor, North Carolina, and Paul Taylor, Moline, eleven grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Darla Marcum, infant granddaughter, Patsy, grandson Russell Bowlby. And her brothers and sisters.
