Elnar Lucile Croxton, 87, of Coal Valley, IL, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Trinity Regional Medical Center, Rock Island, IL. Private graveside services will be held at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Luci Krauss was born July 25, 1921 in Whitehouse, OH, the daughter of Ira Jacob and Minnie Lee (Kimbrough) Krauss. She retired from Modern Woodman of America, Rock Island, in 1987 after 30 years of service. Survivors include daughter, Sondra Howell of Moline; son and daughter-in-law, Kim and Ana Croxton of Atlanta, GA; grandson, Alex Croxton of New York City, NY.
