Graveside services for Faye D. Murphy, 87 of San Antonio, TX, formerly of East Moline, IL, will be 11:00AM Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, IL in the Mausoleum. Mrs. Murphy died Friday, June 16, 2006 at Regent Care Medical Center, San Antonio, TX. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice. Faye Niewald was born December 6, 1918 in Wesley, IA, the daughter of Ray and Pearl (Castler) Niewald. She married John Murphy July 1, 1939 in Albert Lea, MN. He died May 4, 1990. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and Mickey Calverley of San Antonio, TX, Jonette and Donald Johnson of Ankeny, IA; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Sherry Murphy of Moline, IL; 5 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 8 step-great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; 1 step-great great grandchild; sisters, Buena Hearity of Mason City, IA, Abbie Jane Niver of Mason City, IA.
