Felix P. Picon,75, Chicago, died June 18, 2015 at Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. Private burial was in Rock Island National Cemetery. Felix was born on May 22, 1940 in Moline, the son of Felix and Monica Martel Picon. He was a builder and contractor in Chicagoland. He served in the US Navy. He married Kay Morrison and together they had 2 daughters. He later married Lynne Herrera and they had a son. Survivors include daughters, Lynn Harper, East Moline, and Sherri Stedje, Lutz, FL, son, Michael Picon, Port Byron, IL, four grandchildren, sisters, Sharon Cavanagh, Highlands Ranch, CO and Marilyn Drews, Garberville, CA, brother, Mark Picon, Golden, CO and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
