Frances Glaub, 98, on February 4, 2021, at Edencrest of Sienna Hills in Ankeny, IA., went home to be with Jesus. She was born on January 15, 1923 to Joseph Rudolph Kruzich and Anna (Kovacavich) near Jerome, Iowa. She grew up in Diamond, Iowa, and attended Mystic Schools. Prior to her last two years, where she moved to Iowa to be near her daughter, a son and two grandsons, she lived most of her life in East Moline, Rock Island and Silvis.

She married Francis Joseph Glaub Sr on July 20, 1946 in Mystic, Iowa. He preceded her in death on April 26, 1982.

Frances is survived by one daughter, Virginia Glaub of Ankeny, Iowa; three sons, Francis (Donna) Glaub Jr. of Carbondale, Illinois, Christopher Glaub of East Moline, Illinois, and Gregory Glaub of Ankeny, Iowa; six grandchildren, Miriam (Nicholas) Shasserre, Joseph (Ryane), Michael, Christopher (Hannah), Samuel and Christian Glaub; five great-grandchildren, Natalie, Matthew and Claire Shasserre, Chloe and Lily Glaub. Sisters-in-laws: Georgia (Fred) Wallace, Mary (John) Brophy, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and five brothers, Joseph (Lucille), George, John (Rosie), Anthony (Tressie), and Milton (Katie) Kruzich.

Frances was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in East Moline. She was also a member of the Legion of Mary, belonged to the Altar and Rosary Societies of St. John the Baptist (Radid City) and St. Mary's (Hampton) Churches in Illinois. She was a founding member of the Croation Crest Club of Moline.

Frances leaves behind the memory of her love for her family and many others, her generosity especially in baking, her enjoyment of gardening, sewing, praying for others, and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at Van Hoe's Funeral Home, East Moline, at 9:30 to 10:30A.M. Monday February 8,2021. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church, East Moline, on the same morning at 11:00A.M. Anyone wishing to attend must wear face coverings and respect social distancing.

Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

In Lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline or Suncrest Home Health & Hospice, 5959 Villiage View Dr. Suite 100, West DesMoines, IA 50266
