Funeral services for Frances V. Owens, 70, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial will be in Rock Island, National Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 PM Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL, where a rosary will be recited at 3:30 PM. Mrs. Owens died Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Trinity Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Frances Randazzo was born April 27, 1941 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Gasper and Providence Pizzuto Randazzo. She married Duane Owens October 15, 1966 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan, IL. She had worked at East Moline Wholesale and Black Hawk Sales, Rock Island. She was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Survivors include her husband, Duane Owens, East Moline; daughters, Kimberly (Edward) Corbett, Rock Island, Candi Owens, Bloomington, IL; grandchildren, Connor and Dylan Corbett, and Joshua Medinger-Owens; sister, Ann Marie Randazzo, Milan; brothers, Guy (Eva) Randazzo, Rock Island, Frank Randazzo, Rock Island; stepsister, Roseanne Damp, Rock Island; special cousin, Ann Murray, Rock Island: many nieces and nephews.
