Frank T. Hines, 70, East Moline, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at his home. Private burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery.

Frank was born on March 11, 1950 in Moline, the son of Frank W. and Mary (Lawr) Hines. He worked on the farm and helped his neighbors whenever he could. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed fishing and being with family and friends. He liked fixing things.

Survivors include his sisters, Julia Amrine (Dan Miller), Sheffield, IL and Roxanne Arnett, East Peoria, nephew Jeff Arnett, AZ and niece, Twyladawn Lopez, Moline, and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
