Funeral services for Frank Bowen Mace, 68, East Moline, are 11 AM Wednesday at Full Gospel Church of God, 1710 35th Ave. EM Silvis. Burial is in Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona. Visitation is 5-8 PM Tuesday (Today) at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to Full Gospel Church of God. Frank passed away Sunday July 10, 2005 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis, surrounded by family and friends. Frank was born May 6, 1937 in Dextor, MO, the son of John and Stella (Eaton) Mace. He was united in marriage to Carlotta Wood on October 3, 1959 in Anna, IL. He retired in 1991 as a fork lift operator from John Deere Harvester Works, and was a member of UAW local 865. He was president of the Men's Missionary and a member of the Full Gospel Church of God. He enjoyed fishing and golfing. Survivors include his wife of 45 years Carlotta, children and spouses Bruce and Jen Mace, DeWitt, IA, Penny and Leonard Miles, Moline, and Jeff and Amy Mace, Parkview, IA, grandchildren Jessica Mace (Rob Edwards), Ashley (Trey) Dipple, Adam Mace, Jacob and Alicia Wiepert, and Sarah and Anthony Fisher, great grandchildren Corrina, Jonathon, and Brice and his four-legged grandchildren Sede Jo, Chloe Elaine, Gizmo and Maddie, and his special fishing buddies Leonard, Dakota and Clyde.
