Frank L. Noah , 84, of Silvis, IL, passed away Sunday December 8, 2024, at his home in Silvis.

In accordance with his wishes, no services are planned. Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Frank was born September 4, 1940 in Red Oak, OK. He married Merry C. Malmstrom on June 25, 1960, in East Moline, IL.

He worked on the Rock Island Line Railroad for 20 years, then retired from Burlington Northern Railroad following 12 years of service.

He is survived by his wife Merry, of Silvis, IL; daughters, Sheila Noah, Silvis, Kristina Noah, Omaha, NB, and Michelle Bowser, Silvis; son, Brian (Brittney) Noah, Sabina, OH; two grandchildren, Emma Noah and Mikheal Bowser; brother, Thomas (Carmen) McLean, Michigan; half-sister, Shirley (Harold) Bost, Colona, IL; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Addie (Noah) McLean; brother and sister, Jimmie Darell and Belva.
