Fred Lundeen, 89, of East Moline, IL, died Sunday, February 17, 2019, in East Moline. Visitation will be 3-7pm Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, with a time of sharing starting at 6:30 pm.

Fred was born June 15, 1929, in East Moline, the son of Freddie and Monettia Johnston Lundeen. He married Alice O'Neil. He later married Carolyn (Palmer) Meyer July 16, 1986, in Rock Island, IL. Fred retired from Allied

Construction in Bettendorf, IA, after 41 years of service. He then owned and operated Lundeen's Landing Campground, East Moline and shared ownership in River Valley construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn, children, Alana Lundeen, East Moline, Leslie Lisenbee (Tim Pientok) Reno NV; stepchildren, Dion (Jamie) Meyer, Bettendorf, IA, Tammy (Ronald) Fox, Bettendorf, Tina Meyer, Hillsdale, IL, Amy (Levi) Masias, Moline, IL; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sisters, Virginia (Jude) Sanders, Silvis, IL, Diana Nelson, Orion, IL.

He was preceded in death by his children, Linda Olson, Leesa Hartley, Peggy Jo Trask, Lori Ann Lundeen, and Joey Lundeen; sisters, Bernice (Al) Lampo, and Jeanette (Joe) Lampo; brother in-law, Howard Nelson.
