George L. Blodgett, 83, East Moline, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at home. Graveside services are 11 AM Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery, Moline. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family. George was born June 29, 1934 in Moline, the son of Fred and Nettie (Persinger) Blodgett. He worked in sales for the former Blue Stare Potato Chip Co., Rock Island, and Sexton Ford, Moline. Survivors include his children, Nicole Warnock, East Moline, Darin Blodgett, Atlanta, GA and Michael (Beth) Blodgett, Montpelier, MS, grandchildren, Bailey Blodgett and Colin Warnock, Sister, Bev (Sandy) Dickey, Wasilla, Alaska and nieces and nephews.
