Georgia Cole, 88, Fort Collins CO, formerly of Silvis, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at her home in Ft. Collins. Funeral services are 1PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation is 2 hours prior to services. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Hospice of Larimer County, Fort Collins Colorado. Georgia Andon was born April 14, 1924 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Gust and Afanni (Binka) Andon. She and her husband Rupert "Rick" Cole were married for 63 years when he passed away on November 3, 2006. Georgia was a traditional wife whose life revolved around her very loving husband and her children. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Dianne and Mike Lynch, Fort Collins, Duane and Jeanne Cole, Fort Collins, Brook Weaver, Fort Collins, Mary Cole, Fort Collins, Jude and Lori Cole, Calabasas, CA and Christy Cole, Phoenix, AZ sixteen grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a sister Nancy Feehan, East Moline. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sister Kay Bollaert and brother Pete Andon.
