Geraldine M. Higham, 90, East Moline, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 at River Crossing of Moline. Private services are being held at Van Hoe Funeral Home, LTD. Memorials may be made to the family.

Geraldine was born on April 15, 1932 in Monmouth, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Margaret (Baird) Hunter. She married George M. Higham Jr. on February 25, 1949 in Monmouth. He died March 17, 2000. Mrs. Higham was a homemaker and part time bookkeeper for NSG Home for many years.

Survivors include her children; Mary (Darrell) Bemrich, East Moline, Peggy (Ken) Saller, Merritt Island, FL, Michael (Stacy) Higham, Colorado Springs, CO; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, George M. Higham, Jr., sons, G.P. Higham and Russell Higham, and brother, Eugene Hunter.
