Geri Lynn Stanley, 66, of East Moline, IL, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Genesis East, Silvis, IL. Services will be held at a later date.

Geri Lynn Waggoner was born August 13, 1955, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Ira and Lois (Wynkoop) Waggoner Sr. She married Travis Stanley October 24, 1992, at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. She worked as a Legal Secretary for Ted Jackson, Mark Jackson, and lastly Bill Breedlove. She had been active in the East Moline VFW Auxiliary, where she served as President and Treasurer. In her earlier years she loved to bowl.

Survivors include her husband, Travis Stanley; children, Jenny (Kenny) Nyquist, East Moline, and Joshua (Genie) Stanley, Kewanee, IL; 10 grandchildren; a great grandson; and siblings, Ira James (Pam) Waggoner Jr., Silvis, David Waggoner, East Moline, and Lawanna (David) Markin, Lynn Center, IL.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Jackie Hockaday.
