Funeral services for Grace A. Gullett, 96, of East Moline, IL, will be 3:00 PM Monday at the First Presbyterian Church, East Moline. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Moline, IL. Visitation will be 2:00-5:00 PM Sunday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline and one hour prior to services Monday at the church. Mrs. Gullett died Thursday, January 17, 2008 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the Illini Hospital Auxiliary. Grace Gleeson was born November 19, 1911 in Carrollton, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Barnes) Gleeson. She married John Gullett July 6, 1940 in Moline, IL. He died August 16, 1964. Grace graduated in 1936 from nursing school. She had worked as a registered nurse for over 60 years. Grace had worked for the former East Moline State Hospital, Rock Island Lines, Case, International Harvester, and for the local John Deere Manufacturing Plants. She had also been a Visiting Nurse, helping many people over the years. Survivors include her daughter, Aneita Gullett of East Moline. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph.
