Harold D. "Mark" Fink, 62, East Moline, passed away on September 18, 2017 at his home. Private burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Mark was born on October 13, 1954 in Gary, IN, the son of Kenneth and Phyllis Fink. He served in the US Army and was a truck driver. Survivors include his children, Sarah, Sabrina and Tonya, siblings, Doris, Bonnie, Helen, Marilyn, Keith and John, and care giver, Harriet Larrison.
