Honey "Beckie" Frederick, 68, East Moline, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at home. Visitation is 4-7 PM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Anyone wishing to attend committal services should arrive at the funeral home by 8:30 AM Friday for the procession to Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. A memorial fund has been established. Beckie was born November 22, 1946 in Moline, the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Risse Frederick. She retired in 2013 from Serv-A-Lite, East Moline. Beckie enjoyed going to bingo, playing a scratch off lottery ticket, but most of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Thomas (Cindy) Crom Jr., of Montana, Melissa Buckner, and Heather Morehouse, East Moline, six grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and siblings, John (Robin) Frederick, East Moline, Cheryl Godsey, Candace Egbert, East Moline, Mike (Laura) Christiansen, Wisconsin, Marita (Dave) Irvine, Galva and Robert (Dalee) Frederick, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, grandson, a great granddaughter, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
