Irving E. Landry, 71, Silvis, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Unity Point Trinity, Rock Island. A Celebration of Irving's Life will be held at 11 AM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Services will also be live-streamed by logging into http://www.facebook.com/vanhoefuneralhome. Burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery where the VVA 299 will conduct military honors. The family will greet relatives and friends from 10 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the Faith Walk World Outreach Center, Silvis or to the family.

Irving was born on October 25, 1950 in Moline the son of Norman and Evelyn (Campbell) Landry. He retired as a welder from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline. After retirement he drove for Johannes Bus Service. He enjoyed playing cards, especially euchre, traveling, and visiting with family. He enjoyed line dancing and country dancing.

Survivors include his children; Scott (Holly) Landry, Silvis, Jason Landry, Syracuse, NY, Jessica (Matthew) Bennett, Ontario, Canada and Jennifer Landry, East Moline, twelve grandchildren, a great-grandson and siblings, Estella Novak, IA, Janet Broadway, OK, Joseph Landry, NC and Alicia Damara, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
