Funeral services for Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Kave, 76, of East Moline, will be 10:00AM Tuesday at First Christian Church, Moline, IL. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery, Moline. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Mrs. Kave died Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Bickford Cottage, Moline. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Jackie was born July 20, 1937 in Jefferson, IA, the daughter of Charles and Nora Goodwin Harrison. She married Stanley Dean Peters May 11, 1957 in Rock Island, IL, with whom they had three daughters, Cheryl, Sheila, and Elaine. She later married Jesse Cordell Kave July 29, 1966 at First Christian Church, East Moline, with whom they had a daughter, Susan. He died June 16, 2013. She had worked as a secretary on the Illini Hospital Surgical Floor, Silvis. She enjoyed shopping, swimming, quilting, sewing, beading, and making beautiful jewelry. She was an awesome mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl (Kirk) Clendaniel, Jacksonville, FL, Sheila (Jeff) Pfab, East Moline, Elaine (John) O'Connor, East Moline, and Susan (Scott) Allen, East Moline; grandchildren, Nicholas, Bruce, Samuel, Chelsea, Jessica, Ryan, Sarah, and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Adam and Brody; brother, Ronald (Ruth) Harrison, Moline; sister-in-law, Carol Harrison. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jesse Kave, brother, Richard "Dick" Harrison.
