Jacquelynn Ruggles, 54, Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Geneseo, IL, passed away on November 16, 2013 at St. Frances Hospital, Indianapolis. Memorial services are 10 AM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Inurnment will be in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Jackie was born September 20, 1959 in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Herman and Karen Arp. She married Rick Ruggles on September 25, 1990 in Rock Island. Jackie had worked for CPC Logistics, assigned to John Deere's Distribution Fleet. She and her husband loved camping and the great outdoors. She was a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her husband Rick, their blended family, Christopher (Cornnie) Belville, Anderson, IN, John (Laura) Belville, Coal Valley, IL, Bradley Belville, Indianapolis, Robby Ruggles, Topeka, KS, Tammy (Rod) Cady, Erie, IL, James Ruggles (Laura Jahns), Geneseo, Jon Ruggles, Taylorville, IL and Amanda Passno, Erie, fourteen grandchildren, 1 great grandson and her siblings, Audrey Pickle, Amory, MS, Vickie, Dennis Arp, East Moline, Michael Arp, Moresville, IN, Terry Arp, Seymore, IN, and Daniel Arp, West Newton, IN. She was preceded in death by her father, Herman.
