James A. Noel, 47, Moline, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at his home. At James' request, his body will be cremated and private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the QC Animal Welfare, Milan. James was born on October 27, 1965 in Moline, the Son of Robert and Jimmie (Utley) Noel. He had worked as a chef locally. He enjoyed riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and had a love for animals, especially his cats. Survivors include his siblings, Mike Noel, South English, IA, Crystal Stillwell, Moline, Bruce Stillwell, Kansas City, KS, and Bobby Stillwell, Willow Springs, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Patricia and brother David Ryan.
