Funeral services for Janet Greene 72, of Port Byron, IL, will be 1pm Saturday, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation will from 11am - 1 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Greene passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

Janet Beale was born June 21, 1949, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Robert and Jacqueline (Bonne) Beale. She married Michael Desseyn, she later married Irving Baker,and later married Dayne L. Greene. He passed away April 16, 2019. Janet enjoyed westerns and taking trips out west. She loved all her children and grandchildren unconditionally.

Survivors include her children, Scott (Heather) Desseyn, Bettendorf, IA, Chris (Angie) Desseyn, Coal Valley, IL, Mark (Shana) Desseyn, Joslin, IL, Alisia (Jesse) Weeks, Osco, IL, Abbie Meewes, Davenport, IA, and June (Clyde) Alspaw, Moline; step-son, T.J. Greene, East Moline; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry (Shelby) Beale, Tampa, FL, Vicki (Kenny) Lee, East Moline, Robert (Ronda) Beale, Port Byron, and Steve (Cheryl) Beale, Aledo, IL; many nieces and nephews; and her dogs, "Babe and Charlie".

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and step-children, Cindie Araiza and Lisa Araiza.
