Funeral services for Janette O. Strosahl, 61, of Neosho, MO, formerly of the Quad Cities, will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at St Anne Catholic Church, East Moline. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 PM Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 6:30PM. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or St. Anne Catholic Church. Mrs. Strosahl died Friday, November 6, 2009 at her home in Neosho, following a long illness. Janette Daffara was born April 17, 1948 in Moline, the daughter of Peter and Angeline Ferretti Daffara. She married Wesley Strosahl, February 19, 1983, in Rock Island Illinois. She graduated from Alleman High School and had been a secretary for John Deere Planter Works before moving to Missouri in 1983. She was a member of St. Canera Catholic Church in Neosho. Survivors include her husband Wesley of Neosho; brother and sister-in-law Larry and Rita Daffara of East Moline; nephews and niece (spouses) Shawn (Rachel) Daffara of Chandler, AZ, Todd (Lisa) Daffara of Moline, Karen (Alan) Shannon of Moline; great nieces and nephews, Tristan, Taran, Blayklee, Tameron, Erin, Nicholas and Dylan; aunt, Sandy Giacomi of Utica, IL; many other aunts uncles and cousins.
