Jasen D. McKeag, 49, Matherville, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at his home. Memorial services are 7PM Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is 4PM until service time. Memorials may be made to the family Jasen was born March 5, 1964 in Moline, the son of David and Nancy McKeag. He graduated from Orion High School, Class of 1982. He married Kim VanArnam on December 31, 1998. Jasen had driven for Dohrn Transfer for the past 17 years. He loved his children and grandchildren, and enjoyed shooting picks and playing pool. Jasen also loved his many pets and riding his motorcycles. Survivors include his wife, Kim, children, Johnathon (Kristine) McKeag, Atkinson, and Niki McKeag, Geneseo, grandchildren, Raygen, Bradley and Remi, with one on the way and siblings, Jerry McKeag, Milan, Joel (Karla) McKeag, Colona, and Judy Kline, Rensselaer, IN, and a host of wonderful friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents.
