Jeffrey Ray Neels, 53, of Bettendorf, IA, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at his home. Private graveside services will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Jeff was born August 30, 1964, in Moline, IL, the son of Edward and Betty Moulder Neels. He served in the U.S. Navy. He married Laurel Levin. He worked at Manor Care, Davenport, IA, and Bettendorf. Survivors include his mother, Betty (Ronald) Davis, Bettendorf; siblings, Lori (Don ) Neels-Nurdin Galveston, TX, Mark (Shelley) Neels, Moline, IL, Dan (Joyla) Davis, Sublette, IL, Steven Davis, Covington, GA, and Jenny Davis, Norcross, GA.
