Funeral services for Jeffrey E. Harris Sr., 54, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00AM Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 pm Monday (today) at the funeral home. Mr. Harris died Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Genesis, Silvis, IL. Jeff was born March 4, 1961, in Iowa City, IA, the son of Kenneth and Delores Allison Harris. He was a carpenter. He enjoyed cooking and fishing. He loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren. He was a NASCAR fan and a football fan. Survivors include his children, Jennifer (Walter) McCraw, Moline, Jeffrey Harris Jr., Moline, Andrew Harris, Colona, IL, and Chance Harris, FL; grandchildren, Haley, Bryce, Hunter, and Makayla; parents, Kenneth and Delores Harris, East Moline; siblings, Scott ( Patricia) Harris, Rock Island, IL, Susan (Jeff) Wulf, Taylor Ridge, IL, Shawn (Connie) Harris, East Moline, and Jeanine Munn, Silvis. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Anthony Lopez. Memorials may be made to the family.
