Jeremiah Mack Jernigan, 15, Erie, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at his home. Visitation is 4-7PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, with a time of sharing at the conclusion of visitation. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family to assist the family with funeral costs. Jeremiah was born on January 10, 2001 at Illini Hospital, Silvis, the son of Nicole Abraham and Jerry Jernigan. He was a freshman at Erie High School. He enjoyed anything outdoors, including fishing, camping, frogging, bonfires and swimming. Survivors include his mother Nicole Abraham, Erie, father Jerry Jernigan, Hampton, siblings, Javon Jernigan, Keyanah Kosgard, Jedidiah Jernigan, Jasmine Jernigan, Anthony Jernigan and Brianna Jernigan, grandparents, Lorri Harley (Tim James) Abraham, Carbon Cliff, Mary Jernigan, Erie, Mack (Cindy) Jernigan, Moline, great grandparents, Linda Morehouse, East Moline and Richard and Sally Abraham, Hampton, aunt Marlow Abraham, Carbon Cliff, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-great grandparents, Laura and Jerry Napawoski and cousin Hailey Abraham.
