Visitation is 4-7PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline and 4-7 PM Wednesday at Grandview Funeral Home. Burial is in Grandview Burial Park, Hannibal. Jerry passed from this life on Saturday, July 08, 2006 at his home. He was born October 6, 1941 in Shelbina, MO, the son of Frank and Pauline (Ahern) Totten. He retired as a fork lift operator from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline. He was a caring man who loved his grandchildren dearly; he enjoyed fishing and was a NASCAR fan. He is survived by his fiancee, Sandy Carter, East Moline, daughters and sons-in-law Diana and John Foubester, Hannibal, Connie and Tom Kerkhoff, Moline and Jeri Michele Totten, Moline, grandchildren; Nikki, Paula, Troy, Lindsay, Ashley, Brittany, Alyssa and Gavin six great grandchildren, sisters and brothers-in-law Doris and Earl Griffin, Margaret and Russell Krigbaum, and Frances and Larry Golden, a brother Eugene "Sonny" Totten and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
