Jimmie Noel, 67, East Moline, died Sunday, September 16, 2012 at her home. Funeral services are 2PM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is 2 hours prior to services. Private family graveside services will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare. Jimmie was born January 6, 1945 in Gary Indiana, the daughter of J.D. And Vera (Taylor) Utley. Jimmie Stillwell and Robert Noel blended their families on December 2, 1963. Robert died July 16, 2006. Jimmie was a Red Hat Lady, and had a special love of animals. Survivors include her children, Mike and Nancy Noel, South English, IA, James Noel, Moline, Bruce and Cheryl Stillwell, Kansas City, KS, Robert Stillwell, Willow Springs, MO and Crystal Stillwell, Moline, twelve grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, sisters Sandra (Tim) Junis, Colona and Debra (Darryl White) Crawford, Cattawissa, MO, and her loving dog Cruiser. She was preceded in death by her husband, and children, Patricia and David, her brother Cecil, and her best friend (pet) MoJo. A special hug and kiss to Jimmie's granddaughter Barb, for her devotion and care.
