Joann E. Womac, 81, of Moline, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Celebrate of Moline.  Private burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Joann was born on July 14, 1944, in Moline, the daughter of Leonard and Marian (Cain) Koester.  She married William F. Womac Sr., on April 15, 1961, in LaFayette, GA. He preceded her in passing in 2015.  Joann last worked as a machinist for Red Jacket.  She loved traveling with her late husband and playing slot machines.  Joann loved her Pepsi and time with her family.

Joann is survived by her sons, William Fred (Marcia) Womac Jr., Orion and Troy (Teresa) Womac, Rockford; grandchildren, Gunnar (Kelsey) Womac, Gage (Molly) Womac, Taylor Womac, Emily (Alex) Johnson, and Maggie Womac; and great grandchild, Kyler Womac.  She was preceded in death by her husband and siblings, Richard Koester, Donald Koester, Danny Koester, Wayne Raymond, and Cheryl.
