Joanne M. Humphrey, 86, Moline, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at her home. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will follow at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is from 9 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.

Joanne was born on November 7, 1935 in Moline, the daughter of Harold and Lila (Diess) Smith. She married William Humphrey on June 26, 1954. Joanne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved being with children.

Survivors include her husband Bill, children; William M. (Cindy) Humphrey, Moline, Cheryl Humphrey, Moline and JoEtta (Jeff) Fisher, Moline, grandchildren; Rick Humphrey, Willie (Kelly) Humphrey, Holly Humphrey (Dan Robertson), Brandon Taschler and Macy Taschler, great grandchildren; Becky, Loralei, Luke, Lucy and Maria and her brother Mike (Sunnie) Smith, East Moline.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Howard, Edith, Alice, Frank, John, Deke and Dorothy Ann.
