A memorial visitation for John Collings will be Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 4-7 PM at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline.

John Collings, 64, son of Dorothy Mabie and Charles Collings passed away on July 1, 2021. He was much more than just a father, a brother, a friend. He was a music artist who always brightened up a room with his beautiful smile.

John was known for his singing, funny voices and chasing after the stars. Anyone that knew John knew how big of a kind heart he had as he was always going out of his way to help others.

John Collings was survived by his two children Lydia and Aaron  Collings, His 4 grandchildren Sebastian, Avianna, Tyler, and Isaac. His siblings Chuck, Harvey, Linda, Joyce and Patric.
