Memorial services for John W. Robinette, 51, Silvis, are 7PM Monday at Faith Walk World Outreach Center, Silvis, where he was a member. Visitation is 6-7 PM Monday at the church. John died Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley. A memorial fund has been established. John was born March 17, 1957 in Muscatine, IA, the son of Claudie and Eva Whitkoff Robinette. He married Nancy Elem in 1971 in Muscatine. She died in 1998. He married Pam Schalk Davis on September 30, 2006 at Faith Walk. John had worked as an auto parts deliveryman. Survivors include his wife Pam, stepchildren Kathy, Mellissa, Monica, Hope, Steven, Anthony, Renea and Natalie, sisters: Cindy Harris, Sandy Robinette, Kathy Medley and Barb Alf and a brother Jim Medley. John is preceded in death by his mother Eva.
