John Patrick "Jack" Sij, 59, Moline, died Friday, September 29, 2006 at his home. Private committal services will be held at a later date. Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, is handling arrangements. Jack was born March 20, 1947 in Collinsville, IL, the son of Joseph L and Elizabeth (Williams) Sij. He had worked at the former Union Electric, St. Louis, MO, before moving to the Quad City area. He had a special love of animals.
