Jose L. Gonzalez, 56, East Moline, died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme, Davenport. At Jose's request, his body will be cremated. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Keg Tavern, East Moline. He was born February 13, 1954 in Moline, the son of Rafael and Luz (Guerrero) Gonzalez. Jose graduated from UTHS. He worked for the Streets Department in East Moline and later for Valley Construction. He enjoyed playing ball and shooting picks. Jose had also been part owner of Willie G's Tavern in East Moline. Survivors include his father Rafael of East Moline and his brother Willie Gonzalez, East Moline.
