Joseph J. "Jay" Biagini, 93, Moline, died Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Trinity Moline. Funeral services are 10 AM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery, where the East Moline American Legion Post 227 will conduct Military Honors. Visitation is 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. Jay was born May 27, 1918 in Santa Cruz, CA, the son of Alfredo and Amelia Biagini. He was a real estate broker and investor. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He married Karen Dulaney in 1993 at the former Moline Gospel Temple, Moline. Jay was a member of the YMCA and the Eagles Club. He was a pilot and had flown for Life Flight. Survivors include his wife Karen, daughters, Tiffiany Biagini, Amelia Biagini, Elaina Biagini and Mickayla Biagini and a step-son Andrew Dulaney, all at home, numerous nieces and nephews in California, and his extended Quad City Family. He is preceded in dead by his parents and four sisters.
