Funeral services for Juana Palma, 48, East Moline, are 10 AM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is 5-9PM Tuesday at the funeral home, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30PM. Juana passed away on Friday, July 15, 2011 at Genesis West, Davenport. Juana was born September 11, 1962 in Mexico, the daughter of Florencio Palma and Rosa Carrillo. She married Leopoldo Vargas in February of 1979. She was a production worker at Tyson Food for the past 11 years. Juana loved being with people, helping others and had a loving and caring spirit. Survivors inlcude her husband Leo, children; Maria Molina, Jose Vargas, Alejandro Vargas, Sonia Vargas, and Adrian Vargas, all of East Moline, her father Florencio Palma, and siblings; Jorge, Florencio, Guadalupe, Gloria, Lidia, Leticia, Herasmo and Tomas.
