Judith A. Balluff, 77, East Moline, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Genesis Illini, Silvis. Funeral services are 11 AM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 AM until service time. Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

Judy was born on February 27, 1944 in Moline, the daughter of Albert and Gwendolyn (Jardee) Wilson. She graduated from Davenport Central. Judy married William Balluff on November 30, 1963 in Davenport. She was a self-employed seamstress, also doing work for Gardner Cleaners. Mrs. Balluff was an awesome wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an amazing cook and loved having the family together. She was an excellent seamstress and skilled knitter. She enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles, puzzles and an occasional trip to the casinos. She will be missed.

Survivors include her husband Bill, children; Kristi (Daniel) O'Hanlon, Moline and Matthew (Sonja) Balluff, Colona, grandchildren; Sean, Bryce (Ashley), Eric (Laci), Ashley (Christian) and Liliana, great grandchildren; Bryson, Ashton, Dahlia and Silas, and her dog blue.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Mark and brothers, Denny Wilson and Terry Wilson.
