Judith A Liedtke, 71, Colona, died Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis. Funeral services are 11 AM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Visitation is 1hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to Immanual Lutheran Church, 3834 Rockingham Road, Davenport, where she was a member. Judy was born April 4, 1940 in Moline, the daughter of Ralph and Myrtle (Nelson) Griffin. She graduated from Moline High School. She married Lawrence Liedtke on March 18, 1961 in East Moline. She retired as head cashier in 1996 from the former Eagle Foods. She dearly loved the Light of her life, her granddaughter Madison, and looked forward to attending her school and extracurricular activities. As a loving wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and was deeply concerned for the welfare of those close to her. She had struggled for so many years with her health, but achieved comfort in her baptism and new found faith in the Lord. Survivors include her husband Larry, daughter and son-in-law Lori and Scott Campbell, Blue Grass, IA, granddaughter Madison, a sister Ferne (Art) Gaumer, Port Byron, brother-in-law Harold Hellgren, Silvis and numerous nieces and nephews, with whom she had a special bond with each. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Marge Hellgren, Pearl Tank, Eleanor Moss, Barbara Nielson, Floyd Griffin, and Ralph Griffin Jr.
