Julie "Spinner" Ringier, 49, of Orion passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at her home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Julie on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the South Moline Township Senior Center 637-17th Avenue, East Moline from 2-4:30 PM. Memorials may be made to the family. Julie was born on July 13, 1965 to David and Linda Hull Ringier in Moline, IL. She graduated from Sherrard High School in 1983. Julie loved NASCAR and was a Rusty Wallace Fan. She like the Minnesota Vikings until her Dad talked her into becoming a total PACKERS FAN. Survivors include her mother, Linda Ringier, Orion, son, Drake Ringier, Orion, granddaughter Josie, nieces Veronica and Angela, a special friend Dean, and the love of her life, Spike her German Short Hair. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father Dave and brothers, David and Kent.
