Julisa Holt, 41, Rock Island, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Unity Point Trinity Rock Island. A memorial celebration will be held at a later date.

Lisa was born on July 18, 1978 in Moline. She graduated from UTHS Class of 1996. Lisa worked as a CNA at Heritage Woods of Moline. She married T.J. Holt on July 25, 2018. He died February 22, 2019. Her children were everything to her. She attended Grace Family Church.

Survivors include her sons, Gabe and Julian Vazquez both at home and siblings, Rachel Cruz, Florida, Angie Walker, Davenport and Hector Gutierez, Davenport, Aunt Flo Carlson and many wonderful cousins who were just like siblings.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mom, Marion Edwards, and her grandmother, Julia Valdez
